PC Requirements for Anthem Closed Beta Revealed

EA and developer BioWare have today announced that the highly anticipated Anthems game play closed Alpha testing phase will commence on December 8th on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC systems. The word apply will be users of all major platforms including PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.

EA also notes that multiple play sessions are being held over the course of the two day closed alpha event, and that players can participate in as many of these as they like. As is typical for an alpha, this will be used to test out matchmaking, server loads, and more. EA and BioWare are offering a limited Closed Alpha test that will run the weekend of December 8-9.

According to Darrah, testers will seemingly be picked on a "first-come first-served" basis, although he admitted he wasn't fully sure on that score.

Anthem is EA and BioWare's next huge game and BioWare wants to ensure the game's online features are working. In order to get into the Closed Alpha test, you must first register to join the EA Community Playtesting program.
