Redmi Note 7 comes with a 48MP camera and starts at CNY999

Redmi is now officially a sub-brand of Xiaomi.

Xiaomi's first smartphone launch in 2019 is the Redmi Note device, but this time, you won't see the Xiaomi branding as it is "Redmi" as a new sub-brand incepting along with this phone. And while details about the phone are still been kept as a secret, some official teasers have however suggested the debut Redmi phone will come with a dual rear camera sensor featuring a 48MP min sensor. The cameras have also been quite decent but this year, the company is installing a 48 megapixel camera along with a 5 megapixel sensor. Right below the cameras there's the LED flash, and next to which there is a circular fingerprint sensor.

Starting with its design, it is made of a metal body with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front as well as the backside of the phone.
